As a natural fibre, it contains characteristics such as slubs, small knots and yarn variations which are by no means a fault of the fabric. Linen Care: To remove surface stains from your upholstery, dab the affected area gently with lukewarm water and a damp cloth. Do not rub. For deeper stains, a professional linen upholstery cleaner is required. Please do not expose to direct sunlight as the colour of the linen will fade.

We use reputable courier companies and furniture removalists for our delivery services. We outsource deliveries as we are a small company and we do not have our own trucks therefore we do not have any control over the delivery/run schedule and cannot guarantee certain days or times for delivery.

We offer FREE SHIPPING* on all orders to Sydney metro, over $750. Free shipping does not apply to artwork or rugs which are shipped directly from the suppliers.

REQUESTED SPLIT DELIVERIES

The delivery cost charged and the Free shipping to Sydney metro applies to one delivery per order. If you have requested to receive all items that are in stock to be delivered first, the second delivery of items which you are waiting to come into stock, will be charged at the full delivery rate. 

If products are in stock and sent by a courier, we generally despatch within 3 working days of receipt of order (unless it is during the Christmas and New Year period where despatch is 2-3 weeks from order). The delivery time with couriers is between 2 to 10 working days. Please note that there may be delays with couriers which are beyond our control.
