The archival giclee prints are produced on thick 310gsm cotton rag paper including a 5cm white border; all prints are produced with a 12 colour pigment ink set.
Prints should be handled with care and kept out of direct sunlight. We recommend archival products, i.e. acid free, when framing our prints otherwise they will yellow over time
All prints are handled with the utmost care when being placed into the sturdy tubes or packaging.
The unframed prints are very delicate and should only be removed from the packaging by a professional framer.
The print is carefully embossed, professionally packaged and checked for any creases or imperfections before it is cleared and shipped.
We use reputable courier companies and furniture removalists for our delivery services. We outsource deliveries as we are a small company and we do not have our own trucks therefore we do not have any control over the delivery/run schedule and cannot guarantee certain days or times for delivery.

We offer FREE SHIPPING* on all orders to Sydney metro, over $750. Free shipping does not apply to artwork or rugs which are shipped directly from the suppliers.
REQUESTED SPLIT DELIVERIES
The delivery cost charged and the Free shipping to Sydney metro applies to one delivery per order. If you have requested to receive all items that are in stock to be delivered first, the second delivery of items which you are waiting to come into stock, will be charged at the full delivery rate.
If products are in stock and sent by a courier, we generally despatch within 3 working days of receipt of order (unless it is during the Christmas and New Year period where despatch is 2-3 weeks from order). The delivery time with couriers is between 2 to 10 working days. Please note that there may be delays with couriers which are beyond our control.
If the delivery is with a furniture removalist we will advise the day and a delivery time frame. If you are not at home at the allocated time slot, you will be liable for a further full delivery cost and possibly a storage fee.
Boxes are delivered to inside the front door. We are not responsible for the assembly or installation of any items. Once they are received, the purchaser is responsible for moving and unpacking the boxes and placing the items in the preferred positions and protecting any floor covering.
We do not remove the item(s) from the box or take away the packaging material and the boxes from your home.
